Agbami Scholarship Programme 2021/2022

This is to notify the general public that application is being invited from full time 200 level undergraduates from any State of the Federation for the Agbami Medical and Engineering Professionals Scholarship Award 2021/2022.

Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited (“Star”), a Chevron company and operator of the Agbami Field, is offering a number of undergraduate University scholarships to eligible Nigerian students from allL states of the Federation. This is part of continuous support for capacity building in the health and engineering professions and a strategic feed into the national manpower pool.

The scholarship programme, which is funded by Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited and its Agbami parties, is a major component of our Social Investment in the strategic support for the development of Health and Education in Nigeria.

Agbami Scholarship Eligibility

E-applications are invited from full-time second year (200 LEVEL) degree students studying any of the under-listed courses in any Nigerian University:

*Medicine and Surgery

Applicants must have the following:

i. Minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 in a 5-grade system and
ii. Minimum of six O-level credits in one sitting.

*Only successful candidates will be contacted.

*Only applications submitted through this web portal will be considered.

*There shall be no computer-based test. Selection of successful candidates will be based on a combination of academic indices from credentials submitted by students.

*All interested students should submit accurate and complete information.

*Applicants for the Agbami Medical & Engineering Professional scholarship (AMEPS) program are not eligibly to apply for any other scholarship program sponsored by Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL), its joint venture partner, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) or any of its affiliates.

*Applicants and successful candidates are not required to make any payments whatsoever. Application for Agbami scholarship programs is free.

The deadline for submission of applications for the Agbami Scholarship Programme is 17th January 2022.

FUTA Post-UTME/D.E Form for 2021/2022 Academic Session

The authorities of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has released the Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry screening exercise application form for the 2021/2022 academic session.

The registration period is scheduled for Monday, 10th and 24th January 2022.

Eligibility for FUTA Post UTME

Candidates who made the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) their Institution of choice and obtained a minimum score of 180 marks in the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), which was conducted by the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB), can apply. Direct Entry candidates are also eligible and are required to sit for the Pre-Admission Screening Exercise.

How to Apply for FUTA Post-UTME/D.E Form


FUTA post UTME form can be obtained at the sum of N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only payable at any bank on REMITA platform only.

Candidates applying for FUTA post UTME form should kindly follow the procedure below:

i. Visit the University website ( for information
ii. Login with their UTME Number
iii. Generate RRR, make PAYMENT on REMITA platform and CONFIRM the payment
iv. Complete and submit the University Post-UTME Application form online
v. Print out a copy.

The Registration Form is mandatory for all eligible candidates to complete the screening exercise. Please note that the candidate’s UTME Registration Number and the Full Names (as it is on JAMB Slip) should be correctly provided at the point of payment and registration.
After making payment, candidates are to visit the University’s website @ and complete an online Registration Form. The completed Form should be printed for the candidate’s use.


FUTA Post UTME Screening Schedule & Requirements

The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) Computer-Based Pre-Admission Screening Exercise has been scheduled to take place from Wednesday, 26th to Friday, 28th January 2022 at the university campus.

Please Note that:
(1). All candidates are to bring along the following items to the screening venue:
*Depositor’s copy of Bank Teller indicating payments as appropriate;
*JAMB UTME Notification of Results/Registration slips;
*A printed copy of the completed FUTA Post-UTME Online Registration Form;
*Print-out of REMITA payment receipt (collected from the Bank) and
*One passport photograph.
*Candidates who would like to have a feel of the CBT Practice Module should visit FUTA WEBSITE. Even though this is OPTIONAL, it is highly recommended to enable candidates to get acquainted with the processes of the exercise.

(2). The venue of the screening exercise is the FUTA Digital Resource Centre, “Obanla Campus”, The Federal University of Technology, Akure.
(3). Candidates are NOT allowed to bring cell phones, IPad, Walkman, wristwatches, sunglasses or any other electronic gadget and extraneous materials into the screening hall.

Also note that any UTME candidate who is not screened will NOT be considered for admission in the University. Candidates must also ensure that their O’ level results are uploaded to JAMB website as failure to do this will render the affected candidates ineligible for admission.
