OAU Admission List for 2020/2021 Academic Session
The list containing names of UTME and direct entry candidates who have been offered provisional admission into the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, First Degree programmes for the 2020/2021 academic session have been released.
This is to hereby notify all the candidates who took part in the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Osun State, 2020/2021 Post UTME screening exercise that they can now access their admission status online.
The Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) admission list is currently available on the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) portal.
How to Check OAU Admission List
Currently, prospective students of OAU can only access their admission status on the JAMB admission status checking portal by following the procedure highlighted below:
i. Visit the JAMB admission portal at https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility_/.
ii. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
iii. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
iv. Select your Exam year and enter your registration number in the required column.
v. Lastly, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your OAU admission status.
Successfully admitted Candidates of the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) first degree programmes are recommended to:
*Login to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and ACCEPT or REJECT their admission.
*Print their JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
*Print their original JAMB result slip (this comes with passport photography attached to it).
*Apply for a change of course on the JAMB Portal in case they have been offered courses different from the ones they initially applied for.
Pending when the list will be uploaded on the university's website, it is important to know the following steps highlighted below on how to check your admission status on the school website:
i. Visit OAU admission status checking portal at https://eportal.oauife.edu.ng/admissions.php.
ii. Enter your admission year in the required column.
iii. Enter your JAMB registration number where required.
iv. Lastly, click on the ‘Submit’ button to access your OAU admission status.
